UPDATE: Please note that as of 20th October 2024, applications can be submitted at VFS Global's offices in Muscat.
The Embassy of Hungary in Muscat has outsourced the reception of visa applications to an external service provider. Accordingly, from March 3, 2024 on, short-term so-called Schengen C-type and long-term D-type applications can be submitted at the visa center of BLS International in Muscat instead of the consular section of our embassy.
Appointments can be booked on BLS's website.
His Excellency Ambassador Barnabás Fodor and Managing Director Sonia Taneja symbolically opened the Hungarian section in the presence of Operations Manager Anilkumar Balakrishnan at the visa center located in Wattayah district.
Attestations are still done at the consular section of our embassy following prior online appointment.
